Officiant Services
I am an ordained wedding officiant by the Universal Life Church and offer the convenience of exchanging or renewing vows at a time and location that is comfortable, romantic, and safe for couples and their guests.
Bring joy and tenderness to your ceremony without the hassle of going to the County Clerk's Office by having a traveling officiant. I also include notarizing your license after the ceremony for easy filing with the County.
How Do We Say I Do?
Make it your way on your day! Pick your location, gather a small group of family and friends (in person or via Zoom) and have the intimate wedding you desire - with or without masks.
- Contact the County Recorder's office to make an in-person appointment or Zoom appointment (if available) to obtain a marriage license (typically 30 days prior to the ceremony). Check with the County Recorder for specifics on appointments and license fee.
- Bring the original marriage license on the day of the ceremony. I will sign the license along with one witness to confirm my officiating.
- Mail or bring in person, the original signed marriage license along with the required recording fee to the County Recorder's Office for the license to be filed with the County.
Denominational, Non-Denominational or Vow Renewal
I will work with you to customize your special day. I offer a 20-minute free consultation where we can meet in person or by Zoom to see if we're all a good match. If we are, I will email you a questionnaire to fill out, and we can discuss if you will be writing your vows, or if you need my assistance. Once your date has been booked, I require a non-refundable fee of $50.00. My officiant fee (contact me for a quote) includes:
- Draft wedding script and vows
- 30-minute in person dress rehearsal meeting
- Travel to the ceremony
- Officiant ceremony
- Notarize request for official marriage certificate (upon request)
We will work together to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly as possible.
