The convenience of meeting at a location that is comfortable for you such as a coffee shop, home, hospital, office, retirement center, or skilled nursing facility.   I am available seven days a week, evenings, weekends, and most holidays.  In addition to being mobile, I am fluent with legal ease which helps me to navigate through just about any document or form being presented.


Only one of the following forms of ID is necessary at the time of signing and must be current or issued within the past 5 years :


  • Identification card or driver's license by California Department of Motor Vehicles (provided the ID is current or was issued within the last 5 years);
  • A valid passport or passport ID card issued by the United States;
  • Driver's license or identification card issued by another state provided the ID is current or was issued within the last 5 years); 
  • A valid consular identification document issued by a consulate from the applicant’s country of citizenship, or a valid passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship;
  • A United States military identification card;
  • An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of California, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California; or 
  • An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.


                                             *An electronic or photocopy of an ID cannot be accepted* 


An oath of one credible witness, personally known to both the signer and notary with proper identification as listed above, can verify the identity of the signer.  The witness must sign the notary's journal.  The witness may not have any financial interest or gain in the the signed document.

The oaths of two credible witnesses, unknown to the notary and with proper identification as listed above, can verify the identity of the signer. Each witness must sign the notary's journal.  The witnesses may not have any financial interest or gain in the signed document.

A document must be completed prior to the document being signed and notarized.  It also makes for an efficient and time effective meeting.


Yes.  I can notarize a document even if I'm unable to read and write the foreign language of the document presented.  My role is to properly identify the signer named in the document and to witness their signature.


You will be asked to show a current form of identification (see below for specific details), present your completed document(s) for notarizing, sign the notary book for each document being notarized, and have your right thumbprint imprinted in the notary book (mandatory in California for all real property transactions).


The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized.  I work efficiently to ensure that all document(s) are notarized in a timely manner.
